FAQ / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers to help you get started.

Every logistics project has its own requirements. Here are useful details to prepare for a conversation with our team.

Have a question about your project?
What is a 3PL service?

A third-party logistics provider, or 3PL, handles selected logistics activities for your business. At MAS 3PL, these can include receiving goods, warehousing, order preparation and cross-docking. The services are defined around your products, volumes and operating requirements, so the scope reflects the work your business needs.

Where is the MAS 3PL warehouse?

Our warehouse is located at 1375b rue Newton, Unit 104, Boucherville, Quebec, J4B 5H2. To arrange a visit or a goods receipt, contact our team at 514 777-6010 or info@masboucherville.com. We can clarify access and receiving arrangements with you before your planned arrival.

Can you receive and unload a container?

Yes. Our services include container receiving, unloading and palletizing. We also offer live loading and cross-docking. Before arrival, share the load details and quantities with our team so we can agree on the handling requirements and the next steps for your goods.

What does order preparation include?

Order preparation can include picking products, packing, labeling and assembling kits or displays. We work from your operating procedures and distribution requirements. The specific scope is defined using your orders and instructions, so our team understands the work needed to prepare your products for their next step.

How are my pallets stored and tracked?

Our warehouse uses very narrow aisle racking, also known as VNA, to organize pallet storage. The facilities are continuously monitored, and inventory is tracked in real time. Share your goods’ dimensions, weight and particular requirements with us so we can define how they will be handled.

Is temperature-controlled storage suitable for food products?

Warehouse temperature is controlled and checked three times daily. For food products, we first need to understand your required temperature ranges, storage conditions and other constraints. Suitability must be confirmed with our team before planning a delivery or storage; temperature control alone does not establish compatibility with your products.

How do I get a price for logistics services?

Your quote depends on the services and the characteristics of your operations. Tell us about your products, storage volumes, receiving frequency and required preparation work. Include any handling or packaging constraints so our team can review your needs and define the proposed scope and pricing.

How do I plan a first goods receipt?

Contact us before arranging the arrival of your goods. Prepare a product description, quantities, dimensions and the transport information available to you. We can then discuss your proposed date, unloading arrangements and any storage or preparation work needed after receiving the shipment at our warehouse.

Let’s discuss your next move.

Your products, your volumes, your needs. It starts with you.
